Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at lowtidemade@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue and may offer a repair at no additional cost. Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to us for repair.

Repairs will only be accepted for items reported within the 7-day window and must be returned in their original packaging. We do not cover repairs for damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or mishandling after delivery.
