Welcome to Low Tide Co. (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. All pieces are handmade and unique, which means slight variations in size, color, or appearance may occur. We currently ship within the United States only, and all payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Processing & Shipping
Because each piece is handmade, please allow 5–10 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Low Tide Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues once the order has been dispatched.

Returns & Repairs
All sales are final. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at lowtidemade@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Repairs will be completed free of charge at our discretion depending on the nature of the damage.

Intellectual Property
All product designs, images, text, and other content on this website are the exclusive property of Low Tide Co. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Liability
Jewelry should be handled with care. Low Tide Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or damages caused by normal wear and tear. By purchasing from our site, you agree that Low Tide Co. shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages related to our products.
